Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Your answers to the check (industry, company size, role, the areas and numbers you enter) and the page language, so we can show your result and, if we talk, start from your answers.
- Your name and email, only if you ask for the report by email. We use them to send the report and keep you as a contact so we can follow up on it.
- Occasional updates, only if you tick that box. You confirm by email first, and every update has an unsubscribe link.
This site uses no cookies, advertising or third-party analytics. While you take the check, your answers stay in your browser's session storage so a refresh doesn't lose them. They clear when you close the tab.
Who we share it with
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to send emails and keep the contact list. When someone finishes the check, Marco gets a Telegram notification with the answers, plus the name and email if they asked for the report. Everything else stays on our own server. We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
Check answers are deleted automatically after 12 months. Marco also gets a private notification on his phone with your answers and contact details, and he deletes it together with your record when you ask. Your contact in Brevo stays until you ask us to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by writing to hello@halcyonpryce.com. We reply within 20 business days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with its date.
